Well i sure hope so, cause i am tired of their crap. I even went as far as to get ahold of CNN News. They are going to find out about them. Hope CB gets whats coming to them, Cause we sure aren,t.
When my time is up, and i am not paid for my wins, I quit, and will go even further if i have to. Enough is enough.
Having a site and taking peoples money for it and not paying for over a year is wrong. My TV crew here in my home town asked me info about them and said that it was a big story. So i am hoping CNN can do something. Alot of people watch CNN.
I even told my Tv crew here that if they can get something done, and i get my money, i,d give them half lol. They laughed and said they would do thier best.
GL All  I sure hope they start paying..

This letter said:
As of this date our office has not received any information as to my complaint. We ask that you advise us, within (10) business days of receipt of this letter, of the current status of this matter.

It took me 5 months from the first letter I sent.  The probably get a court order for them to pay and my guess is they have 90 days in which to pay. Thats why it takes 5 months.

Hi. I am at my daughters in Florida and my daughter at home called to tell me I got my 5th letter from the attorney general in North Carolina and also a letter from the Attorney General in Pa. asking me if my problem was resolved and asked me to call them so I will call after I get home on Jan. 11th. but it seems nothing seems to scare cashbreak...They just don't seem to care...I'll let you all know what I hear when I call them to see what is wrong...Did anyone else get a fifth letter? I hope for all of us this gets resolved soon...

The reason I got a letter fron the Attorney General of Pa. is because that is where I live and first sent in my complaint and they in turn sent it to the Attorney General in North Carolina so i guess they were checking to see if my complaint was resolved...They gave me a cpmplaint number to call but I can't do that till I get back home which I will do next Monday...The letter from the A/G in N. C. was the fifth letter I got that cashbreak keeps ignoring...I hope something is done soon ...

Hi Brooklyn, I don't blame you I feel the same way because they are letting CB get away with all this crap...I will call them when i get home because i didn't ask daughter for the claim number or phone number and she won't ckeck our house again till Friday and we will leave here Sunday so I will call them on Monday...I'll call both N.C and also Pa. A/G as they both asked if it had been taken care of..They need to close them down....

I called Susan Davis back and she said that they either are not picking up their mail or just ignoring the letters from the Attorney General so I don't know if they will send any more letters to them...She said it would help if they had some complaints from people in North Carolina...She did tell me that maybe they might take it to a higher level but she didn't know because it was out of her department so I don't know what she meant by that...I sure hope they catch him and close the site down and I told her that...I guess we just have to wait and see...

I also received my 4th (5th?) letter from the Attorney General in NC.  They stated they had received no response from cashbreak and asked me if the matter had been resolved.  I wrote back that of course it had not.  I asked them how cashbreak can stay in business with so many complaints against them.  I asked if it wasn't time to take stronger action against them.  We'll see if I get a response.  Unbelievable how long this has gone on and yet they get away with taking people's money for gold memberships (not mine, I quit paying a long time ago) and don't pay winners.  no

I just got done talking to the Attorney General,s Office. They can,t do anything to get anyones money for them. So don,t wast your time sending to her. BUT, I have a new place of a man who is going to help. Just give me time to get this done, and just maybe we will all get our winnings. I have Kevin Scotts home number, and all he says is he sold his site 2 years ago and then hangs up. I,ll get back to you as soon as i hear from this person who is going to help us. Keep your fingers crossed. This is a State Person is all i can say right now. Also, I,m thinking about going to the Tv crew about this site. They told me when i talked to them, that this is a big story, and would be glad to help. I just don,t know if i want to be on TV lol. So i am doing the best i can for EVERYONE to get your money.

hi lilpeanut
i got your message in my excite mailbox and was really surprised .. I wish i was owed money but the only thing that cb did to me was kick me out of gold for no reason at all and kicked my very dear best friend sugarontop out completely because someone from cb used her credit card to purchase something using her credit card from chase. she has since passed away on aug 11 of last year and they never got back to her even though chase had notified her of the transaction. Apparently the state atty general of n.c. hasn't got the nads to do something about cb and it really pizzes me off that our local, state or federal government cant stand up to this federal fraud. I wash my hands of this registered sexual predator and offender as it seams no one has the nads to do something about it especially the state atty general. my sympathy to you I will still keep in contact with this activeboard even though we cant do a dam thing about it Rocketman10 aka rnrc55 in pogo Rock

Well, I received what appears to be the last letter I will get from the North Carolina Attorney General.  It basically says they tried and are done.  They included an information packet as to how to take someone to Small Claims Court.  The information said I would have to file the claim in the county the defendent lives or does business.  And it costs $75.00 to file the claim.  If you win, you supposedly get that $75.00 tacked onto your settlement.  Hmm...let's see.  I live in Ohio.  Is it practical for me to intiate a small claims complaint and somehow be available to appear in person in North Carolina when a court date is scheduled?  I think not.  I couldn't believe that letter from the Attorney General.  No wonder cashbreak is not paying us off.  There are no reprocussions to them blowing off the Attorney General.  I hope that media story becomes a reality.

Hello to all my old cb friends.  At least we have this place to vent our frustrations.

Hi I just got another letter from the Attorney General of North Carolina which said: The Consumer Protection Division  has received your request for assistance concerning the problem you are having with RDKNet Inc.
It appears that it would be more appropiately handled by another agency.

By copy of this letter, we are forwarding your complaint to with the request that they review this matter to determine whether there has been a violiation of the laws or rules administered by that agency.

We encourage you to contact us again if you have a consumer problem which you believe warrants review by our office.

They sent me back all the information that I sent them so I guess they won't do anymore about this. So again RDkNet gets away with not paying us...

i for 1 had some of my winnings applied  last year, so im good for another year, that is the only reason why im still playing there, what gripes me are, the ppl complaining about not getting paid, and still pay each month to play, i do know  some ppl that have left the site, and did get paid, so that crappy excuse, i cant quit , because the site states you have to be a member in good standing, is just thatcrap
i think all that could be done, has been done, and we have to cut our losses. i for one am tired of this mess, and i wish all getting there moneyconfuse

Hey Staransky,

I'm confused by what you wrote here:

By copy of this letter, we are forwarding your complaint to with the request that they review this matter to determine whether there has been a violiation of the laws or rules administered by that agency.

Seems you forgot a word.  It says they are forwarding your compliant to........who?  They didn't fill in an agency name here?  I mean, they started out saying they thought your complaint could be better handled by someone else.  Did they really leave it blank and not tell you who they were fowarding the complaint to?  It sounded like they were maybe sending you back your originals and forwarding a copy of everything to another agency.  Not the case?

Just wondered.

The last (final) letter I got suggested I take RDK.net to small claims court.  It said nothing about the complaint being better addressed by another agency.

Hi sbarret, that had me confused too but I typed in exactly what was in my letter but they sent back all the info that I sent them originally...When I called back after the previous letter Susan Davis told me they may take it to a higher level but as that was not her department she had no information about it...I just feel we will never get our money as they are not following through...I told her that they should be shut down...But what I typed in earlier was what was in the letter I got back today...

The Person  has a Detective working on it as well. This one is NOT from NC, So just maybe he knows something that will help. We,ll see soon.
