I GOT THE SAME REPLY FROM THEM,MONTHS AGO AND HAVE NOT HEARD ANOTHER WORD ON THE MATTER, MAYBE BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH COMPLAINTS ON FILEwink PEOPLE KEEP COMPLAINING ABOUT MONEY OWED, AND WONT TRY AND HELP THEMSELVES,IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE LEAVING IT UP TO A FEW PEOPLE TO DO THERE JOB FOR THEM, IT ONLY TAKES A MINUTE TO FILE A COMPLAINT,wink

Good job Whiteice .....Thanks for shareing the actual document that you got from the attorneys general office.
RDKNET has been given ten days to reply to the complaint.
There fore RDKNET most likly has made a reply in that time frame.Once I had to make a complaint with my states attorney general office in regard to a brand new Dell computer that was a lemon and Dell refused to take the computer back.
The attorney general office sent them a letter which Dell did not reply in the ten day time frame gave to them.
The second letter sent to Dell was worded very strong makeing a long story short Dell refunded all of our money and paid for all shipping cost to sent the lemon computer back to Dell.
If RDKNET don't reply in the ten days they will get another letter demanding action on their part in so many days.
The only way Cashbreak can get away with cheating people out of payment for wins on their site is if they state it is only for fun or something that says they don't have to pay out money won at their gaming site.I have not read any such statement at Cashbreak in regard to Cashbreak.com pay out guidelines.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Far as people filing complaints for non- payment they have been filing their non-payment complaints for the pass six months.
Some winners of jackpots and auctions have filed complaints in early 2007 against Cashbreak.com.
There is two kinds of people fileing the ones that just want their money and other who wants to see Cashbreak put out of business if they can't clean up their act.
I'm of the later group the pass six months i have filed complaints with the Florida B.B.B and FIC unit.
Cashbreak refused to reply to any letters sent to them by the Florida better business bueau which is their right.
The B.B.B. has placed Cashbreak.com on a list that tells other consumers this company has unresolved complaints on file with their department.
Many gold members have done their part in filing complints for non-payment against Cashbreak.

There are gold members that refuse to join us and file complaints against Cashbreak because they are very addicted to playing games at this site.
There are gold members that  have won jackpots over and over and they keep paying Cashbreak in order to remain in gold.
This is people rights but it dose serve to reward very bad and in this case dishonest behavior.
My only hope it that these departments that has been contacted the pass year will take legal action against Cashbreak.
I have a gold membership email list of over 40 gold members which most have left Cashbreak in protest of non-payment and in protest as to how gold members have been treated in general the pass two years.
Most everyone in my group has filed complaints with numbers of departments the past 6-12 months.
My hat is off to all these wonderful gal's that has worked to help regain our once fun and honest beloved Cashbrerk.
Will you do the right thing and join us in regaining our beloved site?
Please file your non-payment complaint TODAY!

                                        Best Regards,

RE: Response from North Carolina

Staransky, thanks for fileing your complaint. So many gold members have filed non-payment complaints the past 6-12 months. It is just hard to believe Cashbreak is still running 24-7 and robing people day and night.
Cashbreak has tapped peoples checking accounts and over billed on credit cards. What the hell ..... Is any of this not a crime these days?
I spoke to a person on the free side of Cashbreak tonight and was told the word is out on the free side of the site which is Cashbreak has owed paying gold members back to 2006.
So the people that still join the site has no one to blame but themselfs when they get cheated.
Is any one doing their job in these department of justice?weirdface We can only have faith beings we have been given nothing more.
