credit on account for auction win

[spoiler]

i just got credit for my $25 auction win (won december 18, 2007)applied to my autoplay subscription this morning

the email they sent to inform me that it had been applied to my account was from -

autoplay@mail1.cashbreak.com

maybe if any of you want to apply all or part of your winnings to your account you could try that address although it was one of the others i listed in another post that they were responding to

i had them apply PART of my keno jackpot win on june 9, 2007 to my account and i got the rest of it in the mail on july 23, 2007, so maybe if you ask for part to be applied you will get the rest of your money soon after

i know many of you just want ALL of your money ASAP, i am just telling you what i did in hopes that it will help some of you

i sincerely hope that everybody gets paid soon

Well, Pokerpro & I both emailed the above address yesterday and my winnings were applied to my gold membership right away but Pokerpro is still waiting. Hopefully they will do the same for him soon.  I wish we had of known about this email address when I asked about it awhile ago then maybe we wouldn't have had to wait so long.  Oh well, better late then never, I guess!

Well, see you all in mega!! Hopefully Pokerpro will be there too!

Karen

no whiteice, we are talking about getting credit from auction wins applied to account, not money we mailed in

westie said she had sent a money order already because she had given up on getting her credit from auction in time but they gave her credit for both the money order and what they owed her from auction

What I was asking do you mail your payment in or is it taken from the bank each month. Mine is from the bank and I wonder if I did that would they set it not to take any from bank when auction money is used for those months.

Well. I'll see what happens.  You said you asked for part credit?
I cancelled my Gold this am (effective Jan 23)
Yesterday I suggested to that addy you told me about - that CB give me 14 months credit for my $108.38 Keno JP win. It was mailed on a reply to their mail to me of Jan 30/07.  Being Canadian I wonder if CB thinks they can just ignore me with no recourse from me.  I've sent 14 emails to several different addy's, & they NEVER answer.  Blah to CB  Thanks for your help.  Marcia

I don't think it matters if your Canadian or not; if they want to ignore the emails they will! blankstare

Pokerpro & I are Canadian & they finally responded to my email (by applying my winnings to my account) the other day when Knothead gave the email address above but Pokerpro emailed them at the same time and he has yet to hear from them or have his winnings applied.

Keep trying & eventually (hopefully) they will pick your number & answer you!

Well, thanks for the support Karen. Did you win a JP? Or was it an Auction win. Also, how were you paying for Gold (if you don't mind telling me) I've been paying with my Visa

I won the Bingo Parley draw for $100 & a monthly Aces Up tournament for $25. I always pay by money order (not now of course). I hope they respond to you (as well as Pokerpro!) soon. Good luck! smile

Yes - good news for both the "Pros's"
My win was from a JP - not auction.  Maybe there's a diff.
It was almost 1 year ago

If you don't mind me asking; was it a large amount of money you won in your jackpot win? Because, if so, maybe that is why they are not applying it to your account. Maybe they think that it is too large of an amount. Just a thought.

Like I said before, keep trying this email address (autoplay@mail1.cashbreak.com) and hopefully they will answer but you have to keep emailing them all the time.  It was almost a year for Pokerpro's win too and he just kept emailing them 3 or 4 times a day and finally they responded.

Good luck!

Whoa hoho - 3 or 4 x's/day??  OK I'll give it a try & will ask for smaller credit.
It was $108.38 (as of Jan30/07)  I've mailed to that autoplay addy you said & asked for 14 months credit.  Perhaps I should ask for 6 months, then another 8 months after that.  Pardon me while I vent - but I'm really cross & getting discouraged.

Just a thought.....what does it cost them to apply winnings to a membership? NOTHING - just a few clicks of a computer and it's done.......and then they don't have to pay these "winnings".

Auctions  still  down.  Does  anyone  find this coincidental now that  so many people sre  gong to   apply their  auction wins to  gold account.

Wanted to let all of you know - that I finally heard from Cashbreak.
Used the addy that Knothead suggested. emailed tem 2x's/day for last 8 days.  Finally heard from Support that they are trying to track down missing checks  (OK!)  Cannot credit my Visa Account but will give me an Autoplay Credit.  Hipe they make good for next 14 months.
Thanks Knothead for the addy.
