BINGOPRO, I left gold after six year in protest of fraud.I refuse to pay a crook knowingly. if more people would follow suit the members actually trying to get something positive done about Cashbreak robbing members would be much more helpful. It is rather hard for me to understand how people pay a gamimg site when they know for a fact their friends and family have been ripped off. But,of course we are not all the same and we have freedom of choice.
Many old time gold members have choose to leave Cashbreak for very good reason. My hats off to every one of these people that principle lead them to do the right thing and refuse to pay a theif.
We really do enjoy playing on the site & like the friends that we have made there but don't like the fact that we are being frauded.
The fact that CB doesn't even respond to emails (whether they are good or bad ones) really annoys the crap out of me. We even wanted to have our winnings applied to our accounts (and we put that in the subject line of our emails) but we still didn't hear anything.
It's too bad that, eventually, CB will shut down & then maybe the owners will realize what a good thing they did have before they started messing it up.
I Agree about leaving. I myself have decided to leave shortly after almost 7 years at CB. The unfortunate thing is there are a number of people to think everything is ok what CB is doing because of 2 facts.
1st was that they go their just the friends and dont care when if ever they get their money that they won. How do the "new" people feel coming here knowing that the money they are paying to play and maybe win. Won't see this money!! Bad for new customers come when there is no appeal to do so. And sadly.. If youre worried about friends. You do have options to see your friends through an Instant messenger account. Go to Pogo (OMG HOPE CB NOT READING LOL) or Slingo or other place many of CB people go to. Its that easy. CB isnt the last place on earth to meet and continue friendships!!!
2ndly.. There also is a person whom boasts so much how they got paid so quickly by asking them to apply their winnings to their subscription. This is NOT an answer to the problem and you should have to bargain to get your rightful money!! This is pure fraud. This is gambling on the net. You deserve your rightful winnings in a reasonable time period. CB says you will get your winnings in 6-8 weeks. They fail in that area worse than anything. We used to get winnings in as little as 4 weeks and more so 7-8 weeks. And back then if you didn't get it by the 8 weeks. You call them and they looked it up and took care of it right away!!
Some suggested that this isn't part of the rules when comes to bingo or any other winnings. That it is "JUST" promotional winnings and that you "JUST" paying for the Lotto Subscription. Wrong wrong wrong. Part of the draw to pay for the gold membership was the draw for More Games. And Bigger JP's!! Guess that statement was made by someone whom hasn't been on CB long enough. And if CB ran out of money to pay everyone in the time frame they said (6-8 weeks) then the gold membership should have ended right away and all jackpots ceased. But thats NOT what happened because it is NOT a PROMOTION!!! CB is being fraudulent and deceptive!! And are in Breach of contract (that is what in essence a gold membership is.. paying and provide service to its customers. In which they failed real badly. Point in case. Failure to provide information or answering and communication with its customers in reasonable time frame!! And Mutings that they have done to many of our good friends is yet another story.
Bottom line is I will be leaving as well shortly!! I will see all my friends I make/made on other sites and/or on IM. I will not be held captive to a site and pay for it to maintain those friendships. It Is NOT the only way to keep them folks!!!!!!!!
