State Police Letter I Got

I contacted the state police where Kevin lives. Here is what he sent back to me.
And if you want to make the call and explane to him of whats going on he gave me his number.

Greetings:
I am Detective Cpl. Genao with the Oviedo Police Department.  Regarding your question, it appears you are doing everything you can at this point by contacting the BBB and the Attorney General.  As far as looking at this as a potential criminal investigation goes, a couple of facts need to be determined, such as, what crime is being committed, if any, and where the crime is being committed.  According to your e-mail, the company is located in North Carolina, so perhap the N.C. law enforcement agency who has jurisdiction needs to be contacted to file a complaint.  Also, in a criminal case you would have to prove the owner and/or associates took your money with the intent to defraud.  Now, if this is a case in which the company went under or out of business, the best chance you have to get your money back is filing a civil lawsuit against the company.  I would advise you to consult with a civil attorney.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional question.  My number is 407-971-5714.
