Okay, now I understand what Kriket said the two pictures are of two diffrent people.
The first picture I looked at was Kevin Durette he is the newly wed and that picture don't matter.

That picture is of Kevin Dwayne Scott contained in Florida polce files which have been made public records for very good reasons.
