Go to the main game page for cb, click on help desk, left hand column, a window will pop up, go down list to gold member click on it, then click on how do i update autopay credit, then it will answer and have 'clicking here' for you to change your info if you want to use credit card. IF it doesn't have the answer you want, where it says 'was this answer helpful', then you can type in a question and they will answer by email. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail; over the past several years, questions I have asked and they replied were sent to my spam folder.
