 People such as yourself that choices to take winnings and apply to their monthly fee that is their business.It certainly pays off for the people that pay their monthly membership out of winnings.
I happen to have paid cashbreak out of my pocker for six years without missing a beat.
I pay my bills and I pay them on time and always before the due dates that is why i have a credit score of 750.

I have a very good reason to be upset same as the many other gold members that have won jackpots and never been paid.
Some jackpot winners have waited for their money 18 months.

I don't know what you would call it when a business owes a person from 100-700 dollars and has not as much as been informed as to why payment has not been paid by the detor.

I realize your so much nicer and far more understanding then myself.
I call this theif,cyber theif,robbery,without a word of explanation from the detor.
I can not collect a dime interest on money owed to me for six months so this is a one sided business deal and not what so ever in my favor.

Cashbreak has had many non-payments complaints made by long time gold members  now on file with the Flordia better business bureau.
Cashbreak never answered one letter sent to them by the better business bureau.
This makes it crystal clear to me Cashbreak could not care less about it's gold members.

By not answering the better business bureau this spoke volues meaning cashbreak will not be accountable and has no interest in correcting any problems they have cause their paying members.

Because it is my choice I will not do business with people that are not accountable for their business transactions.

I don't have a chip on my shoulder as you have said more then once in this forman.
I do have a very big problem with any one that is is not truthful and is dishonest.

Many gold members have emailed cashbreak the past 12 months alone in regard to the money owed to them without an answer in return.
This kind of disrespect is uncalled for and if I sound like I have a chip on my shoulder I don't mean to sound as if I have one on my shoulder.
I just don't sit back and condon people ripping people off without an explanation.
As everyone knows Cashbreak has been turned in to the cyber crime unit and the federal trades comissioners office the past months.

Cashbreak had their many chances to correct their bad business dealings.
These department if they do their work will investgated the number of complaints against Cashbreak for cyber thife.
Oh darn....Their I go again must be that dang ole chip on my shoulder.

i am glad you can afford to pay cash for your membership, i however cannot, that is why i ask them to apply my winnings or part of them to my autoplay subscription which is what the fee is for, they have always said that and also that the gold games and jackpots are just a bonus

i have never condoned cashbreak not paying people, but i cannot speak for anyone other than myself and my last 2 wins from them were (1) a keno jackpot on june 9 2007 which i asked them to keep part of for my membership and i got the check for the rest of it on july 23 2007, and (2) a $25 cash auction on dec 18 2007 which i asked them to apply all of to my membership and i got credit for that on my account wiithin about a month (which was sort of slow, they used to apply my winnings wthin just a few days when i replied to winner announcement email and asked them to do so)

i have said repeatedly that i hope everyone gets paid soon and that i can't understand why a few players have gotten their money and so many haven't

i also said that somebody (that cb owes money to) should contact the consumer help reporter at their local tv news station and get them to look into this, i watch the news on channel 8 in tampa and when someone comes to them with a problem getting a refund or got ripped off by a business or something they go out and find out what is going on and embarrass the business into making good on it

i don't understand what is going on at cb but i have played there for over 8 years and i know they were around for several years before i joined so i keep hoping this is just a temporary problem that will get resolved and that they will be around for many years to come

sure there are many other places to play out there on the web but i hate the thought of not having cb and the group of people that play there, with a few exceptions they are the nicest people i have met anywhere in real or online life

i am still upset about the keno jackpot being taken away and if they keep the auctions disabled that kills my main source of paying for my membership so if i don't win another jackpot within a couple of months i won't be gold any more

i have always said that they should have a link on the main page to give us information on why these changes happen and what the deal is with the payment of winnings owed to members but i can't make it happen since i am not that nameless faceless owner of cashbreak, i barely own my old pickup truck and very little else, lol

again, i hope that everyone gets paid very soon and that things get back to normal at cb
