C.B. Can Apply winning to members Fee (VERY NICE)


Interesting Cashbreak will apply a paying members winnings to a monthly fee set up but will not pay what they owe the person.

This was not in my agreement any where must had changed the rules without notice.

For the record we that are owed a great deal of money have waited 12-18 months so far for our Jackpot winnings.

We jackpot winners have been above and be on fair with Cashbreak.

As most members know the site has been reported for non-payment to a number of diffrent places in govermemt.

We can only wait and see if any thing is done about this cyber crime that has been going on twenty-four seven for intirely to long.

this is nothing new, i have been using my winnings to pay for my membership for most of the 8 years i have played at cb

if some of us choose that option it is just that - our choice

does cb owe you personally anything besides the jp you won about 6 months ago? i still say there are other issues with you, not sure what is going on but you are way too hostile toward the site for just having your check 3 or 4 months late

i know others have waited longer and for more than your $119 or whatever it was but none of us including you know for sure what is going on or went on in the last year or so to cause this, it is all speculation yet you seem to be absolutely sure that they are just crooks out to rob and cheat us

i hope if you ever get accused of anything that you get a jury of your peers

and i hope that we all get paid soon and that cb lives on past all of us that enjoy playing there

I agree with Dreamkatcher. They owe me a total of 175.00 since May I lost track of how many times I email them and never got a answer to any of my emails. They get 7.95 from each and everyone of us each month and they get money from their advertisers. This has been going on for over a year now.Their is no reason for them not to pay all the people that have won.

I agree that we all have waited too long for our money without an explanation. Telling one person in e mail is not what I consider the proper way to run a business. We all need to be told whats going on. All they need to do is edit the login page and say something like " Due to inadequate funds winnings will be delayed for a few more months"   It the ignore that most people have a problem with.   I have a friend who owes me $100 from about 4 years ago. I talk to her  often and it never fails that she tells me she will pay me. I know she has money problems and has just took a second job. I trust her and that is something that cashbreak has lost. Everyones trust.   I would like for some of the people who are not owed money to give us their thoughts on this subject.

Hi Whiteice and all - Here is my 2 cents from someone who is not owed money. I think the idea about putting it on the main page is a good one. Even putting something in the daily lottery results email that would get to everyone, if they dont want it to hinder advertisers or potential new members. I think the lack of communication is bad. All that being said I do enjoy playing there and seeing my friends. I have added alot to my friends list on Pogo but it is so large its hard to get alot of people in the same place at once. I do not want to see Cashbreak shut down but they do need to get their business in order. I saw the post about someone's credit card being used by an employee of Cashbreak. That scares me, but I have a seperate account I use just for online purchases that I pay Cashbreak from so there is never enough in that account to hurt me if it did happen. But if they find it to be true that person should go to jail. I hope they get their act together so we can just go back to playing and having fun.

I agree with you Ice--tho I am not owed any money--there should be something placed on the site to give some explanation to the players of what is going on--be it money owed or why the Poker Rooms are down for so long--I would think that would be a common coutersy showed to members who pay to play there--as for the members who are owed money, some have waited far too long without a word from the many emails they have sent. I hope Cashbreak get's their act together soon--I do enjoy playing on the site, but hate it for the members who are owed money & hope something is resolved soon. I have never won anything, but I know it it would be exciting--then to have it all go up in smoke and not get the money you won--Best of Luck To All In Getting Their Money Soon

there is a reason cb doesn't post an explanation on thier homepage or in their newsletter. lf they were to disclose the fact that they are having financial problem (although they would lie through their teeth) they might scare off all the new players that are joining gold in the hopes of winning money.
 
l am not owed anything and feel bad for some of those that are ....some are really in need of the money...scraping up 8 bucks a month is tough...and to win 100.00 to have in a lump sum is thrilling and would assist in buying some thing they could really use...l know...save the 8 bucks a mth...but maybe when they started cb they were better off and cb is their link to the outside and the only friends some have.


l would love to see cb get their act together....start paying ppl and maintain the site and give everyone a huge apology....but l think it might be to late....they have lost alot of players...at any giving time u look at the amount of ppl playing the site...the number has dropped dramatically

cb does not owe me any money at the moment

i email them often and ask them what is going on with the checks being so late and suggest that they add an info link to the main page menu to let us know what is going on and when winners can expect their money and why they took away our keno jackpot

i hope the site doesn't get shut down and that things get back to normal very soon

I like most are owed 3 checks from cb..far back as june of 2007 and like others get no reply from cb at all.
i have heard that one of the ladybugs a while back got a e-mail saying her money was being sent ,,,,,,did she ever get it?,i'm thinking not.
i also have contacted cb about applying my 25.00 auction win to gold for me but like every thing else its been weeks and nothing..they owe me 129.88 and 100.00 and 25.00 and its not the great need for the money that ticks me off,its the fact they can't even responde to there members who paid on time every month about a reason why they are not paying and havent paid in over a year...i agree that they should at least e-mail or even post there excuses on a home page ......stop ignoring there players that have paid and been a member for a long time....as for the new people ..most of the rooms now are full of newbies.most oldies got tired of being treated so poorly from cb and left.
they allow two free weeks to sucker in more people to join so to pay ,which is fine ,but are they telling those newbies that if they win they wont get paid?
the site has gone to heck in last year plus.use to be a nice place to play,,now all they do is ignor users and advertise false jackpot payouts....sure they have them.they just don't pay them.lol
would be interested in knowing if ladybug got her check and how so many people apply there auction wins and play when others cant even get a e-mail that they will apply it.
maybe a few cb memebers working inside ,lol
i went by there rules when i played there now i want my money as they advertised they pay out.
