Filed With Cyber Crime Unit


I along with others in my gold membership group have this week filed non-payment complaints against cashbreak with
the Cyber Crime Unit.

In our gold membership group many of us have took the first step filing non-payment complaints with the Florida better business bureau.
The Florida better business bureau has done a very good job.
They have done all that they are required to do when a consumer makes a complaint.
Each cashbreak member that filed got the same answer back from the Florida bettter business bureau.
The owner of cashbreak answered not one letter the bureau sent to them.
Cashbreak was placed on a bad consumer list which stands to warn consumers that their are open complaints against Cashbreak in their files.


I have made contact with sponsors such as Slotland.The manager of that site don't seem to be at all interested in problems anyone has with cashbreak.com.
I seem to get the same responds from other big sponsors I have contacted in rgaurd to non-payment by the operator of cashbreak.com.

I read posts where some members seem to fear if they make noise Cashbreak will be shut down.

Some facts must be faced head on.Two things will happen if nobody steps foward to confront this fraud.

                  1. Cashbreak laughs all the way to the bank with your money twenty-four seven.
                  2. The many jackpot winners from the past 12-24 months will never recieve their rightfull winnings.

Hi Brooklyn,
I would sujest that you get in touch with the cyber crime unit tell them you filed your complaint four months ago and ask for an update on your complaint from that department.
I filed with the federal commissioners board they told me thay are looking in the information in my complaint.
As well they told me they have forward all my information on to other federal and state departments they thought would be interesting in this information.
For best results check back with whom ever you have filed complaints with and ask for an update as to what is being done.

I have gotten a few emails from gold members telling me about misuse of theri credit cards by cash break.
Over chargeing gold members so people need to stop playing long enough to view their monthly statements.
I don't know if it is because some people are so addicted to online gaming they either pay no attenion to facts or they can afford to just not care.
I have spoke with gold members that are still paying cash break to rob it's  paying members.
They tell me they remain with cash break so they can talk to theri friends in the chat rooms.I would hope my personal friends that know cash break has cheated me out of $119.93 oweing me this since July 2007 have left the site in protest of this cyber robbery.

One gold member has reported that cash break has used one gold members credit card for personal use.
That to a thinking person would be reason enough to cancel the  credit card they have been useing to pay $7.95 monthly fees to cashbreak.

I have done what I can to warn the people in the free rooms (where cash break gets their fresh blood at will) to "BEWARE"
this is my work to warn people that don't have a clue of the real dangerous of playing at cash break.
Far as the paying members that do know and their family and friends have been ripped off right and left and they pay to stay.... Oh Well !!! Cashbreak counts sucks (big time) after all it lines their pockets nicely twenty-four seven.

Once again please contact the department where you made your non-payment complaint and ask what is being done?

Please everyone owed money by cash break get your complaints filed at http://www.ic3.gov/. NOW!!!

The more people that send in a complaint the better the chance this matter will get the attention it tryly needs by federal and state department around the country.

 I just finished filing a nonpayment complaint againt cashbreak with Cyber Crime Unit. I wish more people that cashbreak owe's money to will do the same.

i hope everyone that is owed money gets paid soon

i myself don't have a problem with cb (other than THEY TOOK AWAY OUR KENO JACKPOT WITH NO EXPLANATION), i won keno jp on june 9 2007 and asked them to keep $47.70 for 6 months gold and i got my check for the rest of it ($55.something) on july 23 2007, and i won a $25 auction in december 2007 but too early to get all excited about that yet

i was thinking that maybe someone should go to their local tv news station and talk to the 'consumer help reporter' or whatever they call it in your area, on my local channel if someone has trouble with a business charging them unfairly for something or they can't get refund that is owed to them or whatever, they contact them or send out a news crew to track down and interview the business owner and find out what their problem is and get them to make things right, seems like it always works when they are faced with the bad publicity and all that

that might be a lot quicker than waiting on the government to do something also

I would like to know what email address you contacted them at because both Pokerpro & I have emailed (several times) every possible email address for them & have asked that our winnings be applied to our gold membership & we both have heard nothing.

So, if you have a better way of getting in contact with them (besides calling, because that didn't work either), could you let us all know?

This is meant for Knothead;

I don't mean this to be disrespectful to you. But your love for CB for paying just a part of your winnings because you made a bargain with them makes this site any better is way off base. You make these same arguments in the chat rooms that you dont believe that because we pay we shouldn't mind or care about the winnings. That they will pay you at sometime in the future.

Sadly, many have done what you suggested and they turned up nothing. No responses. Even people that have been unfairly muted got no answer to their or anyone elses emails about muting.

It was nice to see you had some response but is it way to little to make a dent in what this site has done to too many. Despite the friendships and love for what the site "WAS" years ago. It has gone down hill for a long time. The History of this site proves it out. From years past how they handled all the mutings and problems that occurred than to how there is non-payment of winnings!! Can you be so blinded and ignorant to what is taking place here? Because of you just getting paid because you bargained to get "Some" of your money that you won? It is not the case for many many others at CB.

I don't mean to be disrespectful to you as said. But I do believe you need to rethink what you have been boasting for so long because of this one single payment you received because you sold out to get it in the first place. We all can still meet at other sites and on IM's. CB is not the end all of end all sites. And paying what we all do IS Important!!! We pay much much more than on Pogo. And people do win there as well. But also there are other sites if you take the time to search and research them!!

I know you are a good person with good intentions.

i have always paid cb for my membership out of my winnings, mostly with the $25 auctions, i would never give them or anyone else online my cc number

i am not basing my feelings on that one 'bargain' with them either, i have been a member for over 8 years and i have won a lot of money and i was always paid within 2 months so far, i feel like i get my 27 cents a day worth just by them playing my lottos for me even if all i ever win on the lottos is chips, they have always said that the fees we pay are for the autoplay and that all the gold games and prizes are just fringe benefits

i need the money probably at least as much or more than any of you but that is not why i came to cb or why i stay, i love the games and the people i have met here and it definitely is different than pogo or any other site i have found, at cb 99.9% of the people are some of the nicest i have found on the planet, at pogo at least half if not more of the people i saw in chat rooms were rude and/or offensive (and it takes a lot to offend me) and a lot of them were obviously children

i do believe that cb will pay everyone eventually, i don't know what their problem is the last year or so, i just think that they have been around long enough that they will get through whatever it is and continue to be a great place to play and i am just expressing my opinion like everyone else when i say that in chat rooms

i never said that winners should not mind or care that they haven't been paid but i did say i believe they will be paid eventually

i am not blind or ignorant, but i can only speak from my experience, i do not KNOW what is going on with cb, i just get kind of irked when people say things like they are facts when they don't KNOW any more than i do, they are just speculating, just like every time holdem breaks down there are many people that say it will not be back and that the site will be closed soon when they have no clue

my gold runs out february 1st unless they credit my $25 auction win from december to my account, and i cannot afford to send them money so i may not be gold much longer either, they have always answered my emails about applying my winnings before within a week or 10 days, but i won on dec 18th i think and i still haven't heard from them or gotten credit yet so maybe i will be in the same boat as the rest of the winners that haven't been paid soon

i said i have no problem with cb other than them removing our keno jackpot, i was wrong to say that because i actually do have a big problem with cb never telling us anything about what is happening or will happen in the future and the muting of people that don't seem to have done anything wrong when i see a very few people that truly do abuse the chat privileges and nothing is ever done about them

i have always replied to the email they send me telling me that i won and also i send a copy to these other addresses at same time hoping that one of them gets read -
