I just wanted everyone to know, that i just emailed an attorney for a class action suit, and it not only gets ahold of everyone, but it puts it on a site .
I want my money they owe me, by doing it this way, we may get it, but if we contact the sponsers, then they will pull out and cb will shut down because of no funds..

I dont want to see cashbreak shut down and I think the legal aspect is what I am after. I contacted a lawyer who wanted more details. If I dont here from him I will try another one. Also believe I can file here in state I live for the money owed me. If the internet is involved you file in your state. You would think with everyone that belongs to this site someone would have a friend, son or whatever that is a lawyer and we could get some answers as what we can do.

Whiteice, I don't want CB to closed down either. For all that do not know or remember.. Everyone that joins CB pays 7.95 a month to play the LOTTO not the games, gold membership is free. It explains that to you when you sign up. The official rules for CB refers to membership, number of accounts and the lotto. (for all who has not read, please do) It states nothing, absolutely nothing about game winnings on CB. Game winnings are classified as 'promotional'. We pay for autoplay lotto and play the bigger games without ad interruptions. When you receive check from cb after you have won a game, etc, other than lotto, it will state 'promotional', as stated on mine in the past. Now, if you won on the lotto, you will receive your check other than the grand prize & 2nd prize within 4-6 weeks if you confirmed the win within 14 days. If you didn't receive your winnings from the lottowithin the allowed time, then one would have valid lawsuit. On promotional games, not so easy. It's just that a promotion. For instance, a grocery store is having a promotion on 'turkeys', they run out, they give you a slip to pick up at later date, you go back and they are still out, well if you really want it, you'll keep returning until they do have it.

I'm not intending to irritate anyone, just reminding what the official rules state as posted on cb and that the games are promotional; before anyone goes to any expense.

Hopefully everyone will receive their $$$(to include me) soon and be happy again!

i have filed complaints and sent e-mails and would be more then willing to sign
i left gold in October after owing me 3 checks .which i have not recieved yet .
they are fraud,thiefs,,and will continue to be as long as people sit back and pass out the money to them.
i don't think the people who are owed winnings will ever get it.and to stay and pay gold thinking you need to so to get your winnings,,,,,,well that is just wishful thinking.
its owed to you,,and its yours ,,gold or not.
we all for over a year have been taking to the cleaners,,,played the fool...its time people open there eyes and see cb for what it has presented its self to us ......CHEATERS.CROOKS..........i would rather toss a 100.00 a year in the air on a street of starngers and say have fun.then to be lied to,and ignored,and cheated ...and to think we pay them to treat us that way??.....and it doesn't matter why any one joined to play ...the point is best not to have jp's at all.. then to post them and have winners and then not pay,,,700.00 or 7.00 is not the point.its the point they false advertise there payouts and use there gold members like trash ...can't even reply to a e-mail??.....how much time does it take to reply?.that is Bull..they find time to take our money.time to mute people ...and ladybug got a e-mail .but not knowing the out come i think its safe to say she hasn't got her money yet
hope all including myself gets what we won....but i'm not waiting for it.

I may pay $7.95 to play the lotto here but when I win on a game and the e mail I have says you will get you check in 6 to 8 weeks I expect it before a year. I dont know how other feel but I if told someone I would pay them in 6 to 8 weeks I would pay or at least explain to them why I wasnt paying. Ok so now we need to hear from someone who has won in the lotto in the last year and see if they got their money. I bet you 10 to 1 the answer is no. THEY stated in e mail 6 to 8 weeks for their PROMOTION

Although you have a somewhat point to your claim about what the $7.50 is for. You are also forgetting the reason was to pay that amount. It was for Bigger JP's. More & better games. And history is on our side because "Payments" prior to all this garbage CB has been doing over the past "Year +" now with late and even non payments happened to be inconsistent with what they were doing in the past. Meaning they paid us in as little as 4 weeks to the most 8 weeks.

Fact: They dont pay us now. They do not respond to any emails what so ever about the money owed and even the number of people whom been muted.

Fact: If this was "promotional money". If they run out their responcibility is to "STOP" the promotion asap. Not over a year later. Plus they do not honor their Statement of payments to jackpots in 6-8 weeks. That is a breach of contract!! That is ALL what you pay for! Everything in those rules and how they go about their business. How they TELL you in their own rules they will pay out the Jackpots. Is in that so called "Promotion Rules" you speak of.

Bottom line.. they are in Breach of the contract of subscriptions to the "Gold Membership". The lotto is PART of that membership!!! And a question you may want to ask. Is go to "Non-Gold" rooms and see "IF" those people are having the same problem as we are. Think about it too while your pushing this idea of Just a Promotion. They win prise money. Gold is prise money. They should have same problems as we do. But we PAY for the higher progressive amounts. That $7.95 was not JUST for lotto lol..

I suggest this all be taken to a lawyer for review. One of the biggest problems in a lawsuit for CB is .. They NEVER address any concerns that we have. Mutings.. Money.. Anything. They are negligent in doing their business. And IF there is a Class Action Suit against CB I would be one to sign onto it too. Just let me know.

I will gladly sign your petition, does not matter to me if cashbreak goes away.
This was a great site up until about two years ago. Then the hackers started joining and really screwed up this site with their doubler and add programs. Sure is not fair to all the honest gold members. Check the winners list and you will see what I am talking about. They are the ones who are doing all the winning so let cashbreak disappear.

I know what your talking about, and who.
Just so you know, i spend 15 hours on cb.
I don,t use any type of program that you are talking about. Look who has won in tripeaks everyweek!!!!!
And almost the same with Poker. Same ppl on board there.
Why make a big beal, no one is getting any money anyways.
As far as i am concerned cb can stick it you know where.
Some people are so very ignortaint in here. As you can see I said Some.
I,m the one who said i was willing to lose all my winnings to put cb down by getting an attorney.
But now, i,d rather just not get it at all, then to help people that can be so ignorant.
I have had it.
I WILL STAY OUT OF SLOTS SO EVERYONE CAN BE HAPPY.

i would not give in to ignorance, lil peanut, you pay just like the rest of us do --or did-win-win-win dont let ppl try and make you feel bad , you have no "control over how cb sets up it computers, i hear ppl making kinda sny remarks about the same ppl winning. if they put in all the hours some ppl do they would probably win a lot also, i seen some just play mega bingo tourneys and nothing else, so how do they expect to win, jealousy is all it is, its just something for ppl to gossip about- yawn

just be thankful its a regular that wins
