Internet Crime Complaint Center

You might want to check this out http://www.ic3.gov/.  It is where you can report fraud on the internet.

"IC3's mission is to serve as a vehicle to receive, develop, and refer criminal complaints regarding the rapidly expanding arena of cyber crime. The IC3 gives the victims of cyber crime a convenient and easy-to-use reporting mechanism that alerts authorities of suspected criminal or civil violations. For law enforcement and regulatory agencies at the federal, state, local and international level, IC3 provides a central referral mechanism for complaints involving Internet related crimes.

Filing a Complaint with IC3 IC3 accepts online Internet crime complaints from either the person who believes they were defrauded or from a third party to the complainant. "

I too have filed a complaint. the thing that really makes me mad is last month they emailed me and told me my payment didn't go through my credit card. I tried to get into bingo and found out that I was no longer a gold member. I had to resubmit my payment. But they had no problem getting it to go through the same credit card for my husband's payment. They owe me money and kick me out of gold because a payment of $7.95 didn't go through. There is definately something wrong with this site. I would quit but then I know I would never get my money.

I have sent email to the BBB company several times. They can,t get ahold of them either.
I emailed their bank, and their bank said there is no pending checks to go out. All they do is print them.
I,m looking for an attorney to do a class action suit. If i can, i will give up all my winnings just to stop this crap.
Enough is enough.
Isn,t there anyone who lives in Fl  that can find out something about Kevin?
(The owner)
If i can get an attorney to do this, What do you people think about it? Do it,,,Or Not???

BBB's have no regulatory powers. They can warn people of deceptive businesses and they can expel a member business from their organization. They have no powers to enforce laws. I would not get an attorney involved. Even if you get a judgment in your favor, collecting anything would be a long shot. The way to shut CB down is to file complaints with ic3, the feds, and with the attorney general of Florida. RDK Net, Inc. also had/has a post office box address in North Carolina. The North Carolina attorney general, known as the Dept. of Justice, has an on line complaint form. However, after filling it out, you have to print it, sign it, and mail it to them by snail mail. Their website is http://www.ncdoj.com/ I plan to file a complaint with them when I have some time to do it.

We dont want to shut down CB, we want our money. The only way to even have a shot at getting the money we are owed it to take them to court

Hi Lilpeanut - sorry I haven't been logging into forum or I would have seen this earlier - I was thinking the same thing about a class-action lawsuit. If you have already got the ball rolling on this you can sure count me in.
