You can now send a certified letter online in USA. I will be sending on to CB, Here is the link for USPS.

Did you get a response from cb? Did they even sign for the letter?

A few things came up here and I never got around to sending it.  With the fact that there are no checking pending at the bank I am wondering if there is any point to sending it. I think the people who would sign for the letter would basically have their hands tied because they have to get word from owner to do checks. I am in the future go this route but I am looking into a few other options right now.
