Owed $25 from auction wins in Feb and April.

Won't even mention the $25 from July as it is too soon... but then by the looks of it December might be too soon.

where are you guys going to play if you succeed in getting them in trouble and possibly shut down?

it would be a real shame if we lose this great group of friends and games because of a few months extra wait for checks to arrive, if the money is that critical then why are you paying to play games online in the first place?

to teetee - you should just write to cb and ask them to apply auction wins to your membership fees, that way you'd never have to send money or get billed on cc or wait on check to come

No they arent refusing to pay just refusing to answer e mail. Thats what I filed my complaint on. Here is cashbreak own words from one of my wins " You will receive a prize check for this in 8-10 weeks." This is week 25 for me waiting. I think that is a little more than slow. If they are going to pay in 7 plus months, dont send a letter that says 10 weeks.
I would not care if it took a year but they could at least answer an e mail.

Have to agree with Whteice, the most frustrating thing is not getting any answers from CB. I have emailed them at at least 6 different addresses and through the Help section about my wins. NO ANSWERS!

As I live in Canada, I cannot call the 800 number, so this morning I tried the Florida number.... all three options, said "memory full".

I am thinking I just might send a letter right to the Florida address... this is extremely frustrating!

It's not so much the money. I love CB and find $7.95 a month is cheap entertainment. But....... the lack of any communication on their part is getting ridiculous!

I thought about doing the same thing. Send a certified letter. I had same problem with Inkgrabber not answering e mail. I sent one by way of feedback to them and they did answer. They didnt replace the bad cartridge I got from them but at least they did answer.

I think knot has the right answer. If you ever win any money from CB just apply it to your monthly bill.
That is what I did when I won a few years back, then played for free, for more than a year! bb Vicki

many of us have tried to have our winnings applied to gold membership but cant get them to respond-where it be thru email or writing them.so that idea is no good, some say they have had it done and the rest of us cant get it done go figure

When i joined this site, i didn,t know anyone, i joined it to try to win some cash,,,,,JUST like everyone else did. Know one new anyone at the time. Admit it, you joined to win. Ok Yes we have made alot of friends here. But is it worth it to give back to a company what you have won for frinds to just talk to? I am owed around 700.00 I,m not going to have them apply That to my account, I,ll be dead by then. So what are we to do? Just say forget it? Not me!!!
Lets say you went to a store to buy a lottery ticket, you made some friends there. Ok Now what if you didn,t get your money owed? Would you say oh well thats ok i made some friends.
Same thing here.
Theres other sites to meet at, theres Im,s to talk to, there,s email, But some people would like to have their winnings. If i was just owed 25.00 or even 50.00 i would say ok, add it to my account. But NOT 700.00.
And being slow, no place is that slow, not even the courts when you win a law suit.

a lot of us joined when there was no cash to be won here (other than the elusive lotto jp) and yes, we joined for the games and friends

i don't understand why some get paid and some don't

i won keno jp on june 9 2007 and i wrote and asked them to keep enough for 6 month's membership and send me the rest, they answered me in about a week and said ok, i got my check for the rest on july 23 2007

i hope that the response ladybug got saying that e1 would be paid soon is accurate and that you all get your money in time for the holidays

i have to wonder if they took jp away in keno because they could not stop people from cheating in there and winning over and over again, oops, i guess i should say that in zolt's topic, nevermind

I joined this site to play slots. That is what was fun for me but I won weekly 2 times in 2 months so went the fun. I had to change my user name and not play slots so much. I was playing about 12 hours a day total in slots before. Playing that much it didnt take long to figure out when the 75k or the high score for the week was going to be hit. At one point I could have told you within 10 minutes of when it was going to go. Maybe they did take Keno out for people cheating. I guess we will find out in about a week. I dint join for money but I won some and they owe me 7 checks and I want it. Even if they were only paying 10 or 20 people a month I think we would all wait for our money and not complain. Right now they owe people from a year ago.
