A RESPONSE FROM CB

Hi Justchillin,

Congratulations with the response from Cashbreak, I hope you get your money soon.
I'm sorry to see that you left CB.
I'm a member of Cashbreak for 8 years now and still playing. Recently I won $ 25,00 twice.
Because I'm from The Netherlands (probably the only player on CB from outside the US or Canada), I always send them an e-mail to renew my account with the money I won and not sending me a check, because the exchange-rates are very high in The Netherlands.
I always send the e-mail to: support@cashbreak.com and support1@cashbreak.com and they answer me within 2 days that the renewal of my account has been done.
So I never use the Cashbreak-site to "ask a question" in the help-section!!!

QUESTION:
OKAY.. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH YOU, BUT I HAD OVER 55000
ENTRIES INTO THE MTHLY RAFFLE AND BEING IN THE NON GOLD MEMBER RAFFLE YOU WOULD
JUST KNOW THAT I WOULD WIN. WITH MAYBE 1500 ENTRIES TOTAL IN THE RAFFLE BY
MEMBERS... YOU HAVE ISSUES... I HAVENT GOTTEN MY 25 DOLLAR WIN FROM DECEMBER
EITHER. THIS IS ONE REASON I CANCELLED GOLD RECENTLY TOO. I HOPE YOU GUYS JUST
FALL IN A DITCH SOMEWHERE. THE CREDITS KEPT FALLING AND I COMPLAINED DAILY FOR
MONTHS..DID YOU EVER RESPOND OR FIX THEM? HECK NO. AND YES I HAVE TOLD OTHERS
AND THEY HAVE NOTICED TOO. I DONT KNOW WHY U HAVENT SENT MY 25 BUCKS, BUT YOU
HAVE LOST A PAYING MEMBER. !!!! AND I KNOW OF SEVERAL WHO ARE ALSO THINKING OF
LEAVING BECAUSE OF THE CRAP WITH NO RESPONSES AND THE CREDITS NOT WORKING, ETC.
I HOPE THEY DO LEAVE AND I HOPE THAT ONE DAY Y'ALL WAKE UP AND SEE THAT IT TAKES
MORE THAN JUST COLLECTING FUNDS FOR NOTHING...WHICH IT WAS FOR NOTHING BECAUSE
LOTTO IS A BUNCH OF B.S.... NOBODY IN 10 YEARS HAS SEEN A BIG LOTTO WIN.. AND
NEVER A 2500 DOLLAR POP UP EITHER. OH BELIEVE ME, I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS
YOU FIGURED OUT !!!

ANSWER:
I have researched your cash win, problem has been corrected and you should
recieve in the next couple weeks. In regards to your not winning a raffle, i am
sorry but there isnt alot we can do about that, it is all about odds and luck,
we do not control who wins.

THANKS WHITEICE FOR PUTTING IN MY CB LETTER N RESPONSE.....

AND TO DSYBE... I HAD ASKED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO PUT THE WINNINGS TOWARD MY MEMBERSHIP (THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME I WON 25 BUCKS), BUT WHEN THEY DONT RESPOND AND THEN ITS NOT CREDITED AND IT TAKES MORE THAN 6 MTHS FOR A CHECK TO GET FROM ONE STATE TO ANOTHER HERE IN THE U.S.... CB HAS ISSUES.
AND I JUST HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THE PLAYING WITH THESE PPL.. I PAY TO PLAY, THEN I SHOULD GET MY WORTHLESS CHIPPIES THAT I WON. LAST TIME I GOT A RESPONSE WAS LAST YEAR SOMETIME EARLY IN THE YEAR AND THEY SAID THAT I NEED TO CHECK WITH MY ISP SERVER OR CLEAN OUT COOKIES AND TEMP FILES..... WELLLL......WITH HIGHSPEED INTERNET AND FILES ALL CLEAN AND AT THE TIME HARDLY ANYTHING ON THE PUTER BECAUSE IT WAS FAIRLY NEW, IT WASNT ME.... NOR WAS IT MY INTERNET SERVER... IT WAS CB.

AS FAR AS THEIR RESPONSE TO MY NASTY LETTER ABOVE.... ODDS ????? REMEMBER I ENTERED OVER 55000 ENTRIES IN THE NON PAYING RAFFLE ROOM.... NOT IN GOLD. AND I AM ALMOST POSITIVE THAT THERE WERENT EVEN A THOUSAND OTHER ENTRIES. NOW WHAT ODDS ARE WE LOOKING AT HERE. I HAD OVER 317 MILLION CHIPPIES AND DIVIDED THEM AMONG EACH OF THE 3 RAFFLES IN THE NON PAYING RAFFLES. SO EACH HAD BETWEEN 25000 AND 55000 ENTRIES FROM ME. DIDNT WIN ANY OF THEM.... GO FIGURE.... IT AINT GOT NOTHIN TO DO WITH LUCK AS FAR AS I CAN SEE. ITS A BUNCH OF B.S.. AND BRUCIE CAN GO SCREW HIMSELF......LMBO !!!!!!

did you read the forum from whiteice that cashbreak is not in Florida

as i posted in that other thread, the number of entries in raffles listed there is actually the number of players entered, not the total number of entries, when i go to the page and put in 1000 entries it only raises that number by one

also, i forgot to mention the email thing in that other long post of mine, but i have emailed cb a whole bunch of times in the 7 years i have played here and i have gotten a response every single time, i do the same thing dsy does with the small wins, i have them apply it to my membership and that way i get credit for it almost immediately, within just a few days, i send a reply to the winner announcement email i get from them and i also send a copy to accounting@cashbreak.com and either support1@cashbreak.com or staff@cashbreak.com (i can't remember which one i get the winner announcement from but i send to all 3 of those addresses when i write to them about prize money and to those last 2 addresses if about some other issue)
